Lowongan Kerja PT Sanggar Sarana Baja, PT Sanggar Sarana Baja a wholly owned Indonesian design and fabrication contracting company based in Jakarta and part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group has an immediate requirement of :

Employee Relation Officer Jakarta Selatan - Cilandak
Responsibilities:

1. Handle industrial relation issues
2. Resolving employee disputes
3. Responsible for the issuance of warning letters to employees

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill (s) : Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Fluent in English both oral or written.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably domiciled at South Jakarta
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources-especially in Industrial Relation or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
