Job available: Industrial Relation Superintendent (Code: IR-SPI)
Position: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law
• Has minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 5 years experience in Industrial Relation. Experience in Legal Consultant is preferred.
• Depth knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement (PPHI)
• Has experience in litigation process at Industrial Relation Court
• Has experience in dealing with Labor Union in resolving industrial relation issue and negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Discipline, tough, and high spirit of work
