To support its expansion, Garuda Indonesia is looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to drive changes within the Directorate.

As part of the Directorate Human Capital (HC) & Business Support, HC Business Partner advises, challenges, supports EVP & People Managers of the client’s directorate in solving and anticipating problems related to HC. As person in charge, (s)he makes sure the HC processes / procedures / policies are well implemented.

HUMAN CAPITAL BUSINESS PARTNER

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Implements Talent and Organization diagnosis ensuring People Managers conduct Man Power Planning and Talent Review for staffing (from internal / external), succession and development of the unit. Supports strategically in recruitment process.
  2. Implements Performance Management Systems ensuring People Managers conduct 1-on-1 couching and counseling related to employee development (training, special assignments, career).
  3. Implements Remuneration Systems advising salary adjustment to be decided by People Managers
  4. Aligns Human Capital programs / prosesses with the needs of directorate / units
  5. Advises and facilitates People Managers in matters related to Industrial Relation and disciplinary
Requirements :
  • Male/Female
  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major
  • Have proficiency in commonly used Microsoft Office programs (such as Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Posses CHRPcertification will be advantage
  • Have strong business insight / accumen / business process
  • Sound experience in HR (10 -13 years)
  • Have a customer focus and strong interpersonal skill to build working relationship
  • Proactive and have strategic thinking
  • Have a good interpersonal skill coupled with influencing, communication and presentation skill.
  • Decision making with good analyzing and problem solving
  • High work standards
  • Possess facilitating and coaching competencies
  • Have a good integrity
Recruitment Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implements targeted resourcing / recruitment strategies to ensure smooth staffing process.
  2. Manages strategic partnering with external recruitment vendor(s) for staffing of critical positions
  3. Manages recruitment process and standardizes the business process
  4. Standardizes assessment tools used for external recruitment / internal assessment
  5. Manages and standardizes outsourcing providers
  6. Aligns the competency model with employee / candidate assessment. Supports the development of competency model.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Have proficiency in commonly used Microsoft Office programs (such as Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Certified in Behavioral Based Interview / Targeted Selection is prefered
  • Have strong business insight / accumen / business process
  • Sound experience in HR (minimum 5 years)
  • Sound experience in recruitment (all level), competency assessment / interview
  • Good external networking for direct search
  • Experience as assessor is a plus
  • Have a good integrity
